The course begins by explaining the real purpose of HR and showing how it fits into the fabric of the company. It then goes on to demonstrate the organisational framework required to make HR effective and identify the key risks HR are trying to control. It concludes by examining the key administrative controls you would expect to find in HR with an emphasis on remuneration, pensions and recruitment.
The course is suitable for those who need to audit the HR function or set up a risk management framework to control the HR function from an operational risk perspective.
Each course is followed by a knowledge check. You must obtain 80% or more to pass the course.
The user will receive a certificate in pdf format upon successful completion of the course and knowledge check.
